World Championships postponed to 2023
The way is now clear to postpone the fifth ring tennis world championships by one year to 2023. Yesterday at its fourth video conference of the year, the Bundestag ring tennis took the unanimous decision to give up the originally planned date in Koblenz at the beginning of August 2022. With this, the host Germany, commissioned by the World Tenniquoits Federation to organize the next World Championships, draws the conclusions from the vote of many WTF member countries who have already spoken out in favor of postponing the major event. The five-person WM2023 organizing committee will remain in place and will now examine how the ideas developed so far can be implemented a year later.
